In order to process graphics for printing on jerseys in a high quality, it is not enough to send only a finished preview of the t-shirt in 3D visualization.
For production, we need individual parts of the graphics separately.
The most common mistake
Customers often send only an image of the finished jersey. Unfortunately, such a preview cannot be used directly in production because it contains:
• shadows and 3D effects
• simulated fabric folds
• logos connected to the background
• texts permanently in the image
• deformations caused by the t-shirt mockup

1. Separate background design
The background must be supplied:
• without logos
• without inscriptions
• without 3D effects and shadows
• without the shape of the t-shirt
• only as a flat rectangular motif
AI must only create a graphic motif in a rectangle, not a finished jersey.
2. Send logos separately
• ideally in curves (AI, SVG, PDF, EPS)
• possibly in PNG in high resolution
• with transparent background
3. Inscriptions and names separately
