Contract approval conditions
Order approval:
Before starting the actual production, you will always receive a basic graphic preview and then a production preview for pre-press preparation for your approval.
Pre-press preparation is only used for the final control of numbers, sizes, or numbers and names. Any claim for all graphics (design, colors, logos, numbers, names) that will correspond to the agreed pre-press preparation may not be recognized. So a careful check is very important. We require approval of the graphic design and subsequent pre-press preparation in writing (by e-mail). Additional adjustments after approval of the pre-press preparation will already be charged (this depends on the individual stage of production).
Your written consent, your INVOICING address (including ID) and DELIVERY address + TEL are required to start production. NUMBER for the person who will receive the goods. Without this data, production cannot be started.
Preview color:
The color in the design or in the prepress preparation may not correspond to the final product. The display of colors depends on the output device (monitor or printer). That is why we present the color according to the Pantone Coated swatch. If you are not sure about the choice of color, upon request we can have a color sample printed on the selected material and send you either a photo or a sample directly in an envelope.
Warning about supplied logos:
For the color of your logo or advertisement, which you send us in vector graphics (in curves), please also specify the Pantone colors. If you do not specify the Pantone colors, we will choose the shades according to the logo ourselves and any complaints about these colors will not be recognized. If you send the image or logo in a bitmap (raster), we are unable to influence the color.
Sizes:
Please pay extra attention to size selection. Our sizes do not match ready-to-wear sizes (e.g. from other manufacturers), so choose your sizes carefully according to our size charts. Any claim for incorrect size selection will not be accepted. If you are not sure of the correct size, we are able to send you size samples (form) upon request. We lend samples FREE of charge only for the cost of postage. This option only applies to final orders of more than 5 pcs. An order with a larger number of different sizes and cuts will be calculated individually (according to the demands and the final number of sizes).
