How to reorder jerseys - DDsport Sportswear s.r.o.

Here you will find some useful tips for reordering our products. Everything is archived in our database for an unlimited period of time. Any reordering of products is no problem at all.

How to proceed with a possible later reorder:

Send the reorder specification (required sizes and number of pieces) to e-mail ddsport@ddsport.cz.
If possible, attach a photo of the desired product or a proposal developed by us, which we sent to you for approval during the implementation of the original order.
Update the contact details again, ie. delivery and invoicing address with phone number for the recipient of the package.
Specify the method of payment (bank transfer, personal collection).
The delivery time for back-ordered goods is usually 2-4 weeks. If you require faster delivery, please let us know. We will try to accommodate.

Information about surcharges:

The price will be based on the current price list of the required products. We will specify everything in the pre-print assembly of your reorder, which will be sent to you for final approval. For reorders of less than 5 pcs of a product/design, we charge a flat fee of 250 CZK for restarting production.

Piece production (1–4 pcs):

Orders up to 4 pcs of one type of product include a surcharge of 250 CZK/pc + 21% VAT. From 5 pcs and more: No surcharge is charged..

Additional orders:

Single surcharge for the entire order: E.g. if you order 3 pcs of jerseys and 2 pcs of shorts, the surcharge is 2x 250 CZK + 21% VAT.

Different cuts:

If you order, for example, 4 pcs of men's jerseys and 1 pc of women's jersey (different cut), a surcharge is charged for 5 pcs.

What exactly is a piece production surcharge? When does it count and when doesn't it?

Always expect an additional charge for piece production for orders when the total number of one type of product does not exceed 4 pcs.
From 5 pieces or more, you will not be charged this surcharge. For additional orders, the surcharge is flat-rate, as it does not have to be
design again, etc. and I count them for the entire order, not for 1 piece.

That is for example:
ad 1/ you order 3 jerseys and 2 shorts. For the total price of the products, expect an additional fee of 5x 250 CZK + 21% VAT
ad 2/ you order 3 jerseys and 2 shorts. 2x 250 CZK + 21% VAT will be charged to the total price for all these products.
ad 3/ you are re-ordering/ordering 5 jerseys. You will not be charged an additional fee.
ad/4 you order 4 men's jerseys and 1 women's jersey. The women's cut is completely different, so you have to count on piece production.
5x 250 CZK + 21% VAT will be charged to the total price for the products.
ad/5 you order 4 men's jerseys and 1 women's jersey. Therefore, 2x 250 CZK + 21% VAT will be charged to the total price for the products
