In production, we use several types of different materials. Each of the materials is suitable for a different sport. Get to know the properties of the offered material and choose the right one. Material NHL Top quality material for making hockey jerseys, popular among professional clubs. This is an NHL material with a weight of 165 g/m², 100% polyester with a slight elasticity. Material Elastic PRO Elastic Pro is a special material that is ideal for Slim products. Its most valued feature is increased resistance to "thread snags". This material is made of 100% polyester and is characterized by high elasticity. We recommend it for all sports where the material comes into frequent contact with a friction surface, such as hoses, Velcro fasteners, etc. This material is therefore ideal for Rushguards and, for example, tight firefighter jerseys. We tested the Elastic Pro material in cooperation with Fight Club Štenberk, to whom we would like to thank for their valuable cooperation in its development. Thanks to its durability and properties, Elastic Pro is a great choice for sports where durability, flexibility and resistance to demanding conditions are emphasized. |

Maintenance of materials
Washing:
- Never wash at more than 40 °C.
- Always read the label instructions carefully and wash white and colored clothes separately.
- Use only gentle detergents to keep the colors bright and vibrant for a long time, so do not use bleach.
- When washing, use a washing bath at the maximum temperature recommended on the labels and a gentle washing mode. ATTENTION, at a higher temperature, permanent damage to the product or print may occur.
- Wash soiled jerseys and shorts as soon as possible and separately from other types of jerseys or other clothing. Don't sweat it.
- Do not leave the products loaded for a long time in the washing bath, because with a longer-lasting effect of aggressive detergents, permanent damage to the jersey or print may occur.
- Jerseys and other products with a tangible print are recommended to be washed inside out. This does not apply to digitally printed jerseys.
- Protect from contact with velcro or a rougher surface (you will prevent the so-called thread pulling).
Drying:
- Dry the jerseys loosely hung in a vertical position. In this way, you will extend their service life, but also the stability of their shape.
- Do not under any circumstances dry textile products on heating elements.
Ironing:
- Ironing of jerseys and shorts is not necessary, the material does not wrinkle. For other products, follow the instructions on the labels.
- Do not iron the prints under any circumstances.
Recommendation:
- Under jerseys and shorts, use light functional, or cotton clothes.
Additional application of prints:
- When applying additional prints, proceed very carefully and always entrust this activity to a specialized company.
- Use only high-quality transfer prints, we strictly do not recommend direct screen printing (it may destroy the product).
- Recommended values for applying transfers: temperature 150 - 170 degrees Celsius, medium pressure, time 15 - 20 sec.
