They wick away sweat quickly, keeping the body dry. They improve the athlete's overall performance and regeneration after training. Rashguards, as well as other compression clothing, have a great effect on the prevention of muscle injuries. And above all, by warming up the muscles and improving blood circulation in them. Mainly, it holds firmly on the body and thus does not interfere with you or your opponent during sparring. A non-slip edging is sewn into the bottom of the rashguard.
