Various technologies are used for printing. Here you can find out what printing technologies we use and which technology is suitable for the given situation.

Sublimation:

Sublimation printing is the application of sublimation ink to the surface of an object using a heat press at a certain temperature, time and pressure.
This combination causes the ink to turn from a solid form into a gas, allowing the object to be printed with a permanent full-color image. The colors penetrate the surface and the result is a high-quality, long-lasting scratch-resistant print. It differs from other printing techniques that only print on the surface of the object.
Sublimation printing is always done on polyester or surface-treated objects. At high temperature, the solid dye turns into a gas without becoming a liquid. At the same time, the high temperature will open the pores and allow gas to enter.
When the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas solidifies again. It now becomes part of the subject. For these reasons, sublimation cannot be used on materials such as 100% cotton. Natural fibers and untreated materials have no pores to open.
DDsport produces jerseys from 100% polyester, which ensures a very high quality and durability of the print, which thus becomes almost immortal.
New since 2015, we have technology for printing bright fluorescent colors.
The prices of products printed with reflective paint are increased by 85 CZK  + VAT.

Screen printing:

Textile screen printing guarantees perfect durability and the possibility of printing with direct colors. The print is suitable for larger loads of t-shirts. We print up to 12 colors! The advantage of screen printing is color fastness, durability of the print, flexibility. The print on the T-shirt lasts forever, does not peel, does not crack, 100% color fastness.

The principle of screen printing is based on pushing color through permeable areas using a printing template or screen - a fine fabric clamped in a frame. Each color that is pushed through needs a separate screen. All color work and precise shades are done by hand to achieve the best possible result.

The difficulty of preparing the screens is reflected in the total costs, so screen printing is recommended if you want to print a large amount of textile.
.

We print with water-based colors that are environmentally friendly. These environmentally friendly colors are intended, among other things, for printing underwear and printing children's T-shirts and textiles. The advantage of screen printing water-based colors is that they are pleasant to the touch, you will not get any rubberized effect. This print is very delicate, from my own experience it can be ironed. At the end, we put all the t-shirts in the press for the velvet sauce.

In the case of screen printing, we have to calculate the entire order individually. The price varies depending on the number of colors, logos and their sizes, etc.

Flex and Flock

It is a special iron-on material intended for carving simpler vector graphics, such as inscriptions, numbers, silhouettes, etc. This technique is useful when purchasing a smaller number of t-shirts. With this technology, we can print t-shirts for you with high quality and, above all, very quickly.

So if you're looking for a quick birthday gift or want quick team t-shirts almost to the next day, Flex and Flock is the best and fastest solution for you. Printed T-shirts are inexpensive.

Printing can be done on all textile materials (T-shirts, caps, backpacks, bags, bags made of non-woven material, etc.). Again, individual print costing is required.

Laser:

It is a special technology using a laser beam to describe metal, plated, wooden and plastic advertising objects with a colored surface treatment. Thanks to the high-quality, high-contrast and durable print (description), it can be said that this technology has completely replaced electrochemical etching and machine engraving.

When promotional items are created with this laser technology, the upper part of the material evaporates (in the case of metal and plastic, approx. 0.03 mm, in the case of wood, depending on the hardness, the depth varies from 0.5-1.0 mm). In the case of chrome-plated and nickel-plated advertising items (pens, lighters, etc.).

In the case of stainless steel objects (bottles, mugs, knives, etc.), the laser marking is discreet and its coloring is almost identical to the original color of the stainless steel object. For thicker stainless steel objects (from a material thickness of 3 mm), the ability of local clouding can be used, in which case the color of the description is dark brown to black.

The color of the laser on wooden objects depends on the hardness and years of the material, it is usually a little darker than the object itself. In the case of plastic advertising items (calculators), the colored surface evaporates and the resulting color of the description is usually black.

Embroidery:

Embroidery can be used not only on classic t-shirts, but also on polo shirts, towels, visors, caps or other non-traditional materials such as jackets or softshells.

Embroidery

  • we will embroider any graphic, image, logo, text on our or your supplied textile

Patch

  • the patch is separately sewn onto the fabric, (or velcro) which is then attached to the given textile
  • fastening: sewing, Velcro, etc.)
