Complaint
Our belief is that you will be extremely satisfied with DDsport products, so you will not need a complaint. If such a situation does occur, read how to proceed with a complaint.
- We provide a warranty of at least 6 months for all goods.
- Manufacturing or material defects (e.g. error in logo, number, etc.) do not apply to the claim period.
- This claim must be submitted in writing no later than 5 days after receiving the goods.
- The claim must be made within the deadline and all necessary information must be attached (description of the defect, copy of the invoice, or receipt).
- Send the complaint exclusively to the address of the DDsport company and do not forget to include your return address.
- Do not send the complaint by cash on delivery (we return unexpected cash on delivery shipments to the addressee), but by Czech Post.
- If the defect is irreparable, the identical order will be made again or, after agreement with the customer, a refund will be made, which will be sent by postal order.
- If you are claiming goods that are made of a different material than what you specified in the order, the product must be sent back unused.
- It will be exchanged for a product in the required material as soon as possible.
- The deadline for processing a complaint is 30 days, but in the vast majority of cases we resolve complaints within 14 days.
- Only defects related to manufacturing or material defects can be complained about, we cannot accept complaints that are due to normal wear and tear as a result of use.
